The notifications can be of any size and may include photographs, documents and links.

Categories and Profile

Communication and content relevant to you

On downloading the app, users are asked to select a profile. The option list for the profile is created by the school and may be edited at any time.

Categories can include classes, interest types or associated groups. These may be password protected or ‘open’ depending upon the level of security one wishes to assign.

Present Documents

Documents of all kinds and sizes can be presented on the app for viewing. These may consist of prospectuses, newsletters, programmes etc. They are directly imported to the dashboard libraries and attached to chosen buttons which are set up in advance.

The same documents may be printed remotely from the smart phone device.

Calendar Integration

Set your existing school calendar to appear on the app. Entries added will appear directly on the app.

Document storage

As all materials imported through the administrative dashboard is encrypted, it is a safe and secure place to simply store important documents for retrieval or reference.
